Larks win at Melksham followed by draw at Inkberrow

The Larks defeated near rivals Melksham Town on Saturday with a strong two nil win with goals from Dion Molyneaux and the returning Harvey Pritchard. Melksham did not cause too mamny problems for the Larks particularly in the second half which saw the Larks control the tempo of the game and look comfortable at the end.

This was followed up by a good draw at Sporting Inkberrow last night. After taking a two nil lead with a great goal from Alex Camm in the first couple of minutes and a second in the second half from Harvey, the Larks looked comfortable. Inkberrow were reduced to ten men which gace more confidence to the Larks however, the sending off of Will Banks changed the momentum of the game and Inkberrow bounced back with two quick goals.

The Larks still had a chance to win the game in the dying seconds but a poor bounce of the ball saw it run away from Rhys Simmonds when through one on one with the keeper.

Next game for the Larks Tiverton Town at Home this Saturday.
