Larks Tough Start to the Season

The Larkhall Athletic football club experienced an unfortunate beginning to their campaign. In their opening match, the team fell to a 2-0 defeat against Malvern Town on Wednesday evening. This followed a first game of the season defeat at Bishops Cleeve, indicating consecutive losses in their initial fixtures.

Both opposing teams are formidable competitors, representing the caliber of squads likely to compete for promotion by season's end. Despite the challenging start, the club looks ahead to an FA Cup opportunity when we travel to face Wokingham Town.
