Larks Suffering Goes On!

Despite the Larks taking the lead through a great Milo Murgatroyd goal in the first half, the Larks again lost a game in the dying moments. The Larks were much the better side in the first half and created a number of chances to put the game to bed and gain their first three points since the Westbury victory.

The second half saw Shaftesbury huff and puff until two late substitutes and a couple of changes to the Larks saw the balance swing. Two very scrappy goals which should have been cleared by the defence allowed Shaftesbury to pinch the three points and leave the Larks deflated.

We now go on to Wednesday evening at Slimbridge, hoping for a change of fortune, performances are encouraging but individual decision making and errors need to be removed if we are going to get the results our performances deserve.
